MY mission is to share our passion for wine with anyone who will learn, drink and repeat! Established in 1997: in the beginning, Shall We Wine only offered large scale public wine tasting at Chicago’s best restaurants and galleries. In 2009 we began writing a wine column and articles for two Chicago newspapers. In 2013 we expanded our offerings to include private wine lessons and in-home small group classes.
