Day two of my New York Fashion Week experience made for a very impressive day of spring fashion. My top runway shows of the day included the Sally LaPointe Spring-Summer 2015 Runway Show, LIE SANGBONG Spring-Summer 2015 Runway Show, and Monique Lhuillier Spring-Summer 2015 Runway Show. Scroll down for all the details!
Inspired by the idea of spring cleaning, Sally LaPointe’s Spring-Summer 2015 Collection celebrated the joy of less. Streamlined and stripped away, the collection felt effortlessly cool; focusing on easy to wear pieces accented with metal hardware and supple leather.
LIE SANGBONG Spring-Summer 2015 Runway Show
The LIE SANGBONG Spring-Summer 2015 Collection was dreamlike and serene. Prominently featuring butterfly, floral, and cloud motifs, the lively prints incorporated the season’s crisp color palate of white, turquoise, cobalt, and purple.
Monique Lhuillier Spring-Summer 2015 Runway Show
Monique Lhuillier’s Spring-Summer 2015 Collection featured elegant gowns that would make any girl’s fairytale dream a reality. Working with the prettiest shades of pink, green and blue the pastel collection dazzled with metallic embellishments and iridescent fabrics, all adding up to a gorgeous yet modern take on classic 50s silhouettes.
