Strawberry S’mores Pizza
There is nothing better than S’mores in the summer, seriously. The first food I think of with summer is S’mores, it just has always been associated with summer for me. Around this time of year I always try to use strawberries as well. Not just because it is one of my favorite fruits, but also because they are in season right now. Because chocolate and strawberries go great together, I figured why not combine these two great summer flavors, strawberries and s’mores.
I decided to combine the strawberries and s’mores together into a Strawberry S’mores Pizza. This is a fantastic dessert pizza that can be cooked on the grill or in the oven, so you can enjoy it all year round. We decided to cook the pizza on the grill since it was nice out. I love the way that the cooked strawberries tasted with the melted chocolate and marshmallows, and the graham crackers, yum!

This Strawberry S’mores Pizza was so delicious, it really was the perfect summer treat. My whole family loved it. I really loved the taste of the strawberries with the ooey gooeyness of the chocolate and marshmallows. It all tasted great together, plus it was really easy to make. This is a delicious summer treat and would taste great cooked on the grill or in the oven. I hope you try this amazing strawberry s’mores goodness!
Strawberry S’mores Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup graham cracker pieces
- 1/2 cup (about 2 bars) Hershey chocolate bar pieces
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or grill to 400 degrees.
- Spread out the pizza dough on a greased round pizza pan. Cook the pizza crust for 6-8 minutes before putting any toppings on.
- Once the crust is done, sprinkle the graham cracker pieces evenly over the pizza crust. Then top with the chocolate bar pieces and the chopped strawberries. Next add the marshmallows on top.
- Cook on the grill or in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the chocolate and marshmallows or melted.
