Spinach and Artichoke French Bread Pizza

Now that school has started again for my son and my husband we are always looking for easy weeknight meals that can be made quickly. We like to make tasty food that can be made pretty easily so we have more time to spend together in the evenings. We usually make some type of pizza at least once a week because it is easy and you can change up the varieties depending on what mood you are in.
French bread pizza is one of our favorites and I decided to combine it with my favorite dip, spinach and artichoke dip. You could even add some chicken to this pizza if you want to make sure that you get some meat in your meal. This pizza is relatively easy to make and makes a great weeknight meal.
This Spinach and Artichoke French Bread Pizza is really great. I love the taste of the spinach and artichoke flavors with the crusty french bread and all topped with mozzarella cheese on top. This really tastes like spinach and artichoke dip on top of baked bread. This is a great and easy weeknight meal or would also make a great appetizer to have during a party or to serve for a football game. I hope you enjoy this tasty take on a french bread pizza.
