(SMALL) MISS SELFRIDGE/ NEW LOOK HAUL

I like rings, but I fricken' love midi rings.

Many of you know I have been on the hunt for some midi rings for a while now. There are some gorgeous ones in shops like Topshop but I've been a bit reluctant to buy them as £10.00 seems a bit eccentric for a couple of rings. In the end I finally managed to find some in 'Miss Selfridge' from their 'Diva' range, which i was already a big fan of. The pack that I brought (above) were initially priced at £8.50 but were later reduced to £4.50, how could a girl resist? I would seriously recommend having a quick cruise through their jewellery section, here. There were other packs that were also reduced to either £4.50 or £5.50 but I chose this one as I felt they were all extremely versatile and could be worn with any outfit. The rings are all comfy and look great, but keep reading for a slightly more in-depth review on them.

This first ring is a gold, simple flower. This particular ring can be worn as a normal or midi ring depending on where you place it. It is simple yet still elegant, so I'd highly recommend it to those of you who don't like wearing OTT or statement jewellery.

Out of all of the rings, this one is probably my least favourite, simply because of the fact that it has a wavy shape which doesn't sit quite right on my hands. This one is quite a shiny gold and reflects a lot of light. I personally think it looks a little strange on me, but obviously, I'm looking in a lot of depth and nobody else would notice such a trivial thing. You may like it, whereas I prefer the others.

This ring on the other hand, is probably my most favourite. It's a 3D triangle with little gems on it. The colour is gold but the beads are silver. It looks visibly different to the other rings, and can be worn as an everyday ring, or on a fancy occasion. I think it's really funky and looks more expensive than the others. This particular ring was the one that influenced my decision to buy the pack.

This ring is more of an off-gold and has that 'rusted' look. It has a simple gem in the middle. (There's not much I can say about this one, all is shown on the above image).

This is another one of my favourite rings. It's shaped as a zigzag pattern and is very defined. It's designed to go on your thumb, I love it. It's definitely the type of ring I'd wear over and over again, without getting bored of it. It is also, probably the most comfy ring too. The only thing that baffles me is that this is the only silver ring of the pack, the rest are gold...? Despite this, I love the ring, but I do recommend wearing it on its own or with other silver rings, otherwise it looks odd amongst the gold ones.
I then went to New Look where i purchased these two pastel scrunchies. (I brought this a long time ago so they may not be 'in fashion' anymore). I jus thought they were so cute. They have white polka dots on them and looked really pretty and girly. The ends stick out like a bow would. It reminds me of cat ears. (You can buy them from here). They're super pretty for summer. They're very lightweight, therefore you can barely feel them when they're in your hair. Although I see this as a good thing, it could fall out without you knowing, so be careful. The problem with these scrunchies is the fact that they are so loose. I'd suggest tying your hair up first with a tight hair band, and then adding these over it afterwards.
That's all I brought, really was a small haul wasn't it? I've wanted to post this for ages now, so I'm happy it's finally up. Lots more hauls coming soon. See you in my next post lovelies!
