If you asked me what my most beloved item in my closet was, it would be my black blazer. Regardless of the season a black blazer is always a game changer when it comes to taking a daytime look to night and more often than not I find myself grabbing for it before running out the door {just in case}. This specific blazer from Jones New York is a new favorite. I love its drapey shape, making it a little more casual and super slimming on the body. It is incredibly lightweight which is ideal for transitioning in between seasons and it can easily be layered over more bulky items. I wore this look to a quick dinner date with Dave and I love that I could easily pair it with a distressed pair of denim once it cools down a bit.
