★Cheap shopping in HK : Kwai Chung Plaza★

★★★ There are a lot of awesome things to do in HK, and shopping is definitely one of them. I think no one will have a problem to find out where to shop where high end brands and all this, as they are quite notice-able when you walk around Central, Causeway bay and TST. That's why I will introduce you some of my favorite cheap shopping paradises.
Kwai Chung Plaza is one of my favorite places because it's huge and it has so much stuff ! To get there : Travel the Tsuen Wan line (red line) and stop at Kwai Fong MTR. Take Exit D2 and there you have it, right across the street.
A mall of 4 floors (including ground floor), full of shops, food stands and restaurants. And they have everything you could ever wanna buy. From clothing, to accessories, handbags, electronics, phones cases, cameras, snacks, home stuff... everything.
Now take a big breath and be prepared. Inside is full of shops, cheap prices and PEOPLE. A lot of people. I would definitely advice to go on a week day, because on a week end, this place is hell. It's very crowded. Go on a week day, after 14, as before, most of the shops will be closed, or just started to open.
You will find a lot of different styles of dressing, from sweet girls, to lolita, to skaters styles... so many styles ! On the other hand, they do have kind of a policy of one size fits all... which may be a problem for some girls (oh yeah, and it's mainly girl's clothing !). To make the whole thing a little harder, HK shops are also very small, so they usually don't have a changing room. Once you find something you like, and fits you, you can try to bargain a little bit, after the sale shows you the price on her/his calculator. They should be willing to make a gesture if you buy few items ;)
For shoes, the size range is usually not higher than 39eu. And damn, that asian 39 is small ! TT___TT I definitely which I had smaller feet !

Some shops also sale cosmetics and make up, but to be honest, I've always been scared to try them. Some of them are chinese and I've never heard of them, and I don't really wanna try. But they also have some korean brands. But hmm, are they even real ? There is no way to know their origins. Anyone tried them before ?

Ideal for present ! I'm sure everyone is curious to try all those asian snacks ! I'm obsessed with the Spicy crispy seaweed ! So good~ I've also see the Japanese sweet kits ! So cute.

Kwai chung plaza has so many different food ! HK Street food with fishballs and waffles, sushi, crepes with icecream, noddles, juices... Fear not, for you belly won't ever be empty !

Kwai Chung Plaza, 7-11 Kwai Foo Road, Kwai Fong, Hong Kong Kwai Fong MTR, Exit D2 14:00 to 22:00~23:00
