Garnier’s Clean + Balancing Daily Exfoliator Review

I’m all over the place when it comes to skin care. I’ve been brand loyal with my daily moisturizer since I was 12, (my mom’s favorite is still my favorite,) but when it comes to face wash, I can safely say I’ve tried every product on the shelf at least once. After years of experimenting with pretty much every face cleanser under the sun, I can safely say Garnier’s new Clean Balancing Daily Exfoliator was the most pleasant morning pick me up (besides coffee) I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

There’s lots of exciting stuff coming from Garnier for Spring 2014. I think they are trying to target a young buyer with their new collection and I’m all about it. The new Garnier Clean Skincare Collection is available with newly launched cleansers, a new moisturizer and a facial primer.

For the past two weeks, the very first thing I did when I woke up was wash my face with Garnier Clean Balancing Daily Exfoliator. The reason I likened this ritual to a cup of coffee is … it’s a fabulous way to start your day! The grapefruit and pomegranate aroma is energizing, the fine beads feel so good waking up your skin. When you’re done washing your face, you feel fresh and balanced… ready to take on whatever gets thrown at you throughout the day! The formula is for combination skin – so it cleans nicely without drying me out. It is infused with antioxidants, grapefruit and pomegranate.

While I normally have to peel myself out of bed in the morning, I’ve been really looking forward to splashing cool water onto my face and get going with my new Garnier face wash! It’s probably one of those things you have to experience to “get” but for $7.99, it’s definitely worth trying. I’m telling you – you’ll feel fresh, clean, and balanced! One thing I should note is, I don’t have problem skin. I experience the occasional blemish here and there, but I’ve never had any real skin issues. This face wash has been wonderful to get the daily job done to cleanse and exfoliate, but I can’t speak on it clearing up any problem areas!
