Quilts for Gifts Part 2

I have been wanting to make this quilt since I first saw the pattern... I fell totally and completely in love at first sight!

The pattern is called 'Strawberry Social' from Margot Languedoc of The Pattern Basket....

This quilt went to my sister. I hadn't made my sister a quilt either. And it was time.
Strawberries are kinda our thing. We grew up picking them not only for our mom for homemade freezer jam and other nummy treats every summer. But we also spent many hours picking them for spending money, gas money, clothes money, etc...

Abby Latimer quilted it for me and I LOVE the pattern. It's called Strawberries!

I normally don't make quilts twice. But I just might have to make myself one of these.
