Fit Fun: Down Up Plank Jacks


I’m excited to welcome Audrey Sands of Sands Fitness to the blog to share a fitness move (down up plank jacks) with us. Audrey is my new sister-in-law’s sister and at Eric’s brother’s wedding we really hit it off. Audrey is spunky, driven, a believer, and extremely health conscious…I’m sure you can see why we got along so well. Down Up Plank Jacks

Do 3-4 sets 12-15 reps Start in a push up position, then drop down to plank (from your hands to your forearms, one arm at a time) then jump or step your legs out and in. Finish by pushing up from your forearms to your hands (one arm at a time).
