STYLE | SUNNY CENTRAL PARK

Oh, I was in HEAVEN this weekend. I got to wear shorts (without tights) for the first time in forever. And sandals!!! Quentin and I took advantage of the lovely weather yesterday and had a little picnic in Central Park. It was so nice to be able to just relax outside. The cold weather season is officially over, and I could not be more ready.

I love wearing my hair all wild and crazy like I did this weekend. I just put four flat twists into my old Curlformer set to get this stretched twistout. But I know I can’t wear twistouts as much as I have been, so tonight I’m going to treat myself to some henna and a deep conditioner, and then twist up my hair for the rest of the week.

Oh, and can we talk about how great Q looks?! I had to sneak in a few pics of him (you can get his new Red Stripe inspired tank at Tallawah Collective). He’s been so good about going to the gym almost every day. I, on the other hand, have fallen off HARD. I’ve been working a lot of late nights, so by the time I get off the gym is closed, or I’m in no mood to work out. But I need to get back in there. When I was going to the gym regularly and juicing and stretching, I felt SO GOOD. I’m still being really good about my eating habits, but I want to tone up my legs and tummy, not only for the wedding (5 months to go!) but because being active really makes me feel better about everything.
