Saying Goodbye to How I Met Your Mother

There are not many shows that I am passionate about like “How I Met Your Mother”. I have been watching this show since first episode in 2005. Needless to say, I have been waiting a very long time to find out how Ted met “The Mother”.

Since tonight is the last episode (I will be crying), I wanted to share some of my favorite moments from HIMYM.

I can’t even watch this clip without tearing up. It is the most painful episode to watch since it really hits home for me. This episode is also Alyson Hannigan’s (Lily) favorite.

My predictions for tonight’s final episode:

I really think that the worst is going to be revealed in tonight’s finale. I think the mother is actually going to be dead. That Ted has been telling his kids this story since they didn’t grow up with their mom. Remember last episode when the mother said, “I don’t want you to be the guy who lives in his stories”?

Completely corny moment, but it’s like I am saying goodbye to my friends tonight. This show has been around for my 20′s and I feel like I am really invested in these stories. You know where to find me tonight, buried under tissues!
