The Best Wedding Video & Farewell

It’s hard to believe, but a year & a half ago, I quietly made the decision to cease planning events, which I had been doing for over 11 years. I’ll never forget the day after a large Labor Day weekend out-of-town wedding when I couldn’t peel myself from the couch, nor the day after that, where I thought for sure, that wedding had done me in. While the wedding was exhausting {but SO much fun}, it was our little Isla bear that was keeping me down. I was surprised to find out just 8 months after having Aniston, that I was over 2 months pregnant. At that time, I decided it was best to focus on my family & my blog, while giving clients I had already booked my everything. Watching this video today of my final wedding was a great way to celebrate my years of coordinating weddings & events.

Wasn’t that the best wedding video? Anna & Sam’s wedding was hosted on Anna’s family farm – Fresh Air Farm. It’s a Kansas City wedding venue that offers a beautiful barn, lake & a lot of charm. It was catered by Olive Events, photographed by Jonathan Canlas & of course, coordinated by myself & my team. The video by Anecdotally Yours captured it all – from start to finish. They captured not only the beauty of Anna & Sam, but their families & friends. In all my years of event planning, they were some of the kindest bridesmaids. Other highlights included country wedding band Outlaw Junkies {LOVE them} & Classic Cakes {seriously, the best, & I’ve tasted A LOT of cake}.

Thanks to Anecdotally Yours for sharing & to all of those I’ve had the pleasure of working with through the years.

Coordinately yours,

Julie
