As a working mother of 3, any time I can simplify something without compromising, I do. Through the years, I have tried recipe after recipe in hopes of the best dinner rolls. There were definitely some good ones, but they all consumed a lot of time & effort & that’s just one small portion of the meal. Don’t get me wrong, the bread is very important. I often judge restaurants on the bread they serve – first impressions are everything. If the bread lacks, I worry what the dinner has to offer. I made a slight twist to my favorite monkey bread recipe & the results were nothing short of magical. In less than 5 minutes hands on time, I had incredible garlic bread that Adalyn & Chris couldn’t stay away from. Success. This garlic bread recipe is incredible & it doesn’t require yeast thanks to a little shortcut – frozen dinner rolls. I’m not even slightly ashamed.
Making garlic bread in a bundt pan also creates a beautiful display worthy of your Thanksgiving table. It’s so easy that Adalyn actually made them with help measuring.
Grease your bundt pan, add 24 frozen rolls, melt a stick of butter & pour it on top along with a tablespoon of parsley, a tablespoon of garlic & a third cup of parmesan. Allow it to marinate & rise while covered with a greased sheet of saran wrap for 4 hours. Punch them down & bake. Simple, isn’t it?
