Berry & Birch Table Setting

I was searching my site for an image of my birch vase tonight & realized that I only shared the tutorial, not the table setting. I can barely remember my thoughts from yesterday, let alone a year ago, so I can’t recall why I didn’t share it, but I feel compelled to today! My berry & birch Christmas table setting is casual & simple, which is how we often entertain!

In lieu of a traditional table cloth, I used a piece of osnaburg. It imitates linen, without the expense. I never iron it & if there’s a hard to remove stain, I toss it without a second thought!

Rinsed pinecones from the yard make great place card holders for each place setting. I like to add pillows to each of the end arm chairs to add another layer & comfort.
