midsummer night and the moon was full

we spent half the weekend in helsinki. i've scanned heaps of negatives and my computer contains around 160 "new" photographs. we went to a gallery yesterday, the exhibiton contained digital color photographs. i didn't like them at all. i liked the idea, order/chaos was the photographers theme. i still didn't like the photographs, they where to shallow, too perfect with they're digital structure and colors.
the photograph above is shot on midsummer night in june. the night was so light and the moon was full at the time, and if i remember correctly, it was in the supermoon phase. i love observing the moon. i feel like i'm connected to it i a deeper way. that's a natural feeling since the moon affects both the oceans and also the water within our bodies. i like that idea. it gives the impression that we're all a part of something bigger, every lifeform is living in symbiosis.
