Happy Monday! Today I’m really excited to share a project I’ve been working for several weeks. Remember this post?? In case you missed it, I gave a little teaser to an all new retailer in the beauty industry and how inspired I was by all of the colors and palettes they are offering at their studio. I haven’t been able to say who that retailer is until today. Everyone meet…..The Paint Studio at Ace.

The Paint Studio offers consumers a boutique-style shopping experience that brings the style and sophistication of the cosmetics and beauty aisle into the paint aisle with exclusive paint collections from Clark Kensington and Valspar. More like beauty, less like hardware. This concept was right up my alley and made me feel less intimidated to walk into a hardware store and tackle a paint project.

When Ace sent me their Clark Kensington color deck, I immediately fell in love with all the rich colors. In our home, all the walls are a light neutral but The Paint Studio inspired me to add a little splash of color on my walls. From the building phase of my home, I knew I wanted my powder bath to have a bold color on the walls but Drew and I never settled on a color. Now, it’s a beautiful rich Navy, Heirloom China to be exact, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
