Binding, packing, shipping

Well, things are pretty much exactly the way you'd expect them to be over here. Binding, packing, shipping, crazy. Pretty exciting! And really, thank you all for all of your sweet comments about Craftsy class and the new patterns. After 6 years, I'm still a wreck every time I push that publish button on a new pattern post!

After I got all the new pattern orders in the mail, I picked up my navy and white Starlight quilt from Andrea and got it bound just in time to pack it up. My friend Sherri pieced it last minute, I don't know how she does it all!

I washed it so it would have a really crinkly vintage feel, and I think it worked. I love this version, even more than the green one, I think!

I also took a few photos of a second set of Rainy Day Sewing bags I made. One with Essex linen in flax for the sashing, and another one made up of little pieces from several of our lines. It's so fun to see them play together so nicely!

I bought 6 more zippers last night. I'm hooked.

Well, I better scoot. These bags aren't going to pack themselves.
