Bit bored...


My fiancé works every other weekend- and today is that that every other weekend!! He is getting uber fed up with his work- rang me in a state of panic- saying his chest hurt, and he needed to leave the place.. He did this one other day we were out shopping..... I don't really know what to say- If I thought he could afford some time off i would back him up- but he has a lot of debt that we are trying to clear etc.. The last two months he has been living off me- So I imagine he feels that he does all these hours and for what??? i have told him to visit the doctor... Maybe explain the panic attacks he is having.. I put it down to the debt, stress- and working so much...

Other than that- I don't really know what to do for him.. :-/

Today- I went to the gym again- managed 600cals on cross trainer and 100cals rowing.. After some advice from another blogger ;-) i am hoping to do this 5times a week to get me up to 3500cals (To burn ONE bloody pound)..




And on another note- Does anybody like sweet chilli battered prawns?? I got the ready meal from Iceland- £2 a box- The prawns works out at 5 (if I remember right) and the sauce 2... This is one nice, pretty authentic tasty meal- I keep this for a friday or sat night.. emm emmmm.. I serve it with no point veg as I like to munch on some weigh watcher swirl pot ice creams after (and yes- Ice cream'S).. maybe 2 or so of them... So good.. makes me feel like im back in the old days- having a chinese and ben & jerrys.. But without the guilt..
