Ardell natural false eyelashes: My drugstore pick

Purchased by Me

While picking up another pair of these Ardell natural false eyelashes today at Ulta, I thought to myself, “I’ve repurchased these at least three or four times- I need to feature them in a blog post!” False eyelashes at the drugstore are kind of hit-or-miss (at least from my perspective). A lot of natural-looking pairs don’t end up being noticeable, but when you look for more dramatic pairs, they’re just a little too much. I’m also one who shies away from looking too “made up,” so I might be in the minority on this!

There’s always the option of buying false eyelashes online, which I’ve meant to do for the longest time- the trickiest thing for me is knowing exactly how they’ll look in person. If you’re like me and have also struggled with finding a good pair of lashes at the drugstore, hopefully this post will be helpful!

As I’ve really taken a liking to the Ardell natural false eyelashes (they come in several different styles), I thought it would be fun to show the pair I picked up today: #120 demi black. Keep reading to see why I enjoy wearing them!

These Ardell natural #120 demi black eyelashes are great for going out- they have that dramatic thickness without being too long. I love that they’re cut shorter at the inner corners and gradually get longer as they go out, but the individual lashes are still different lengths. This makes them appear more natural than fake eyelashes that are cut more bluntly.

The “demi” part means the lash band is shorter in width, which I tend to find easier to apply- it gives you more buffer room to mess up (which I need… very much). I apply these after 1-2 coats of mascara, then after I’ve waited a few minutes for the glue to set, I curl all of my lashes together. They stay put all night! (FYI: I use the regular Ardell lash glue.)

My favorite part about Ardell natural false eyelashes? You can find them reasonably priced at drugstores and Ulta (around $3.99 for individual packs). And I realize you can find false eyelashes online for a bit cheaper, so if you’re already doing that, totally great- this is mostly if you hesitate shopping online for things like this!

For a couple other recommendations, I really enjoy #110 and #122! Do you like Ardell natural false eyelashes? If you have other favorites, I’d love to hear them!
