Makeup Revolution Mono Eyeshadows and Palettes: Round-Up

Since so many people recently looked up my posts about the Makeup Revolution Redemption Palettes 2 and 3 I thought maybe I could just give you guys a round-up. This post contains all my Makeup Revolution eyeshadows except one palette (the Romatic Smoked), because I haven't had the time to swatch that one. But I'll do that soon, I promise.
The Makeup Revolution eyeshadows are great, quality-wise. Also everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - by that brand is absolutly affordable. If you haven't already, go check out their website now. I especially came to love the single shades and found the perfect color to fill in my brows with!
The brand offers eyeshadows for everyone out there, wether you prefer natural shades or the more colorful ones.
The only thing that might turn some people off is the smell. The eyeshadows in the palettes have a kind of Talc-y scent, which reminds me of that old eyeshadow palette my Mum owned and that I used to play dress up with. I don't want to slam the palettes now, I still like them! I just wanted to mention that issue, since I know people who absolutely can't stand that kind of scent and are rather sensible regarding secented products.

Nachdem ich in letzter Zeit unglaublich viele Zugriffe auf meine beiden Posts über die Makeup Revolution Dupes zur Urban Deacy Naked 2 und Naked 3 hatte, dachte ich mir, ich mache einfach mal einen Sammelpost mit Swatches zu meinen Makeup Revolution Lidschatten.
Bis auf eine Palette, die ich noch lachliefern werde, könnt ihr in diesem Post Swatches zu allen Paletten und Monolidschatten sehen, die sich (noch) in meinem Besitz befinden.
Ich kann die Marke generell empfehlen, wenn ihr nach günstiger Kosmetik sucht, die gute Leistung bringt. Die Farbabgabe ist super und die Farben lassen sich toll verblenden. Mit ein wenig Fallout muss man aber rechnen und auch der recht talkige Geruch der Lidschattenkönnte so manche abschrecken.
Ich selbst habe die Paletten mittlerweile zum Teil aussortiert, weil ich neulich die Urban Decay Naked 3 bestellt habe und so begeistert vom Original bin, dass ich mir die 1er und 2er auch noch holen werde. Die Dupes machen dann in meiner Sammlung recht wenig Sinn ;)

compared to a Sleek palette: I was a bit surprised about how small the Awesome Eyeshadow and Eyebrow palette really is!
