Holiday makeup.

Firstly, I apologise for the light reflecting of The Body Shop compact powder photograph, the camera seemed adamant to reflect light even though the flash was off. But that aside, seen as I am on holiday I thought I'd share with you my holiday makeup routine.
I like to keep things nice and light throughout Spring and Summer; the product I have been picking up consistently recently is The Body Shop All-in-One BB Cream, and this is the base I will probably be using every day during my holiday. It is a lovely light reflecting base, that provides good coverage and instantly awakens my skin. I still like to use concealer alongside this. The Maybelline Eraser Eye Dark Circle Corrector is the perfect co-ordinating product. It covers any blemishes as well as covering up dark circles. Next up I head to my eyebrows leaving the concealer to set. I use the Sleek Brow Stylist to shape them. The shape at the tip is perfect for both the thicker and thinner parts of the brows. Having completed my base I like to pick up my The Body Shop All-in-One Face base, and run this all over my face to set it and help keep any oil at bay.
Following this I move onto my eyes. I start by lightly spreading the Urban Decay Primer Potion over both of my lids. I then run a coat of the Rimmel Shadow stick in shade Rose Gold across both my eyes. To complete my eyes I always like to use a waterproof mascara when I know water might be involved in my day, so I use the Seventeen Va Va Voom in waterproof black to coat my lashes. I find this mascara adds the volume I love, but also without clumping. The only thing it doesn't do so much is extend the length of my lashes, but I don't know about you but I always go for volume over length.
Next it's time for contouring. This is nice and quick, I like to use Nars Laguna to contour the hollows of my cheek-bones, before going in with the Soap & Glory Wonderbronze. I use this as an all over bronzer, and find it really adds a bit of colour to my skin, and a nice subtle glow.
Lastly I like to pop a bit of colour on my lips. My current every day go to is still The Body Shop Colour Crush Shine lipstick in shade 18. I find this instantly makes my lips pop out, whilst still not being too in your face.
