Easy, fast and healthy juices to give you a fresh start at fall

A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away! It’s something the CHAPTER FRIDAY team tries to live by – which shouldn’t be that hard, yet the salted caramel chocolatebar always seems to win. Luckily we found a few appetizing smoothie recipes that make it all the more easy. Plus, with fall just around the corner, you’d better keep your resistance high.

These three smoothies are easy, quick and the result is simply delicious and super healthy. Power food! You can enjoy these healthy refreshers at breakfast – to start your day with a boost – at lunch or any other time of day, really. Time to grab the juicer and blend it baby!
