Sweet BBQ Chicken Pizza

I decided that another recipe post would be perfect as I was craving this Pizza yesterday evening. I wanted to create something super fast and easy and this recipe is definitely the one! My main inspiration for this pizza was inspired by one that oddly Pizza Hut created. If any of you have had the Smokehouse BBQ Pizza you would understand my craving. I wanted to create my own with chicken instead of pork and the outcome was amazing!

Ingredients Needed : Pre made Pizza Crust, BBQ Sauce, Chicken and Brown Sugar.

Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Spread the BBQ sauce over your pizza. I suggest the “Sweet Baby Ray’s” sauce, it is actually heaven in a bottle. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce and add small pieces of chicken. My favorite aspect of the Pizza Hut pizza was definitely the fact that there was sugar sprinkled over the pizza that then caramelized and added a sweet flavor when baked. Brown Sugar is the perfect finishing touch to this pizza and it compliments the BBQ sauce perfectly. All that is left to do is bake it in the oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown! I baked mine directly on the metal rack.

You should seriously give this pizza a try! It is amazing and took about 15-20 minutes form start to finish to create. Perhaps add some onion or bacon for an additional flavor!
