Comfort Zone

I do not let other people dress me.

At least not until I met Elyse Walker. I’ve always been a fan of Elyse’s effortlessly chic style & the way she coordinates outfits. My personal style has felt a bit stale lately and with spring/summer just around the corner I really wanted to mix things up. Elyse and I thought it would be a fun twist for her to style me for my blog. She has such a unique eye for mixing designers and prints that I typically would steer away from but now I feel inspired and more inclined to step outside of my comfort zone. Hopefully these looks will inspire the same for you.

In case you missed the exclusive preview of each outfit on WhoWhatWear, I will be posting the entire shoot over the next week or so (there are 4 looks) starting with this incredible Givenchy skirt number. When Elyse dared me not to wear a tank or top under this leather jacket, but to wear the leather jacket as a top my heart skipped a beat with excitement. How did I not think to wear a jacket as a top before!? Brilliant.
