THE WORK OUTFIT
Casi rozando el mes de Julio y las vacaciones se acercan. Pero para las que todavía nos quedan algunas semanas para tenerlas, vamos a coger un poco de inspiración e ideas nuevas para vestirnos cuando vamos a la oficina. No te pasa que hay veces que te bloqueas? o dejas tu "disfraz de trabajo" para ultima hora, el tiempo se te echa encima y no sabes que ponerte? Pues este post es para esos momentos. / Almost touching July and vacations get closer. But for us who has at least few weeks to get them, let's get some inspiration and new ideas to dress for the office. Don't you get block sometimes? of you left your "work disguise" for the last minute, time rush and you don't know what to wear? this post is for those moments.
Las prendas clave. / The clue pieces.
1. Falda por encima de la rodilla. / Over the knee skirt.
La falda por encima de la rodilla es la mas adecuada para ir a trabajar. La mas popular es la falda lápiz, porque estiliza mucho y es la prenda que caracteriza a las secretarias. Recuerda que antaño uno de los puestos mas populares de las mujeres eran los de secretaria, ya que no se veía a una mujer trabajando de otro modo, y menos como ejecutivas. De ahí que esta falda se haya echo tan popular como "uniforme de trabajo". / The over the knee skirt is the most proper clothing to go to work. The most popular one is the pencil skirt, it stylize and is the garment that characterized the secretaries. Remember that in the old days, the most popular jobs for woman where the secretaries ones, women wasn't seen working in other jobs, and less as an executive. Therefore that pencil skirts have turn into a popular "work uniform".
- Una falda minimalista, una camiseta que diga algo, y unos tacones, no te hace falta nada mas. / A minimal skirt, a cute shirt and a pair of heels, and you are ready.
- La falda lápiz lo dice todo por si misma, un top básico, y unos salones y seras la mas divina de tu oficina. / A pencil skirt say everything, a basic top and a pair of pumps, you will be the most divine girl of the office.
- La camisa es un buen aliado para combinar con estas prendas, no te olvides de ellas y añadelas a tu vestuario. / A shirt is a great allied to mix with those garments, don't forget them and add it to your closet.
2. La falda midi. / Midi skirt.
La falda midi nos recuerda a Mad Men, veo a los personajes femeninos (Peggy, Joan) correr por los pasillos de la agencia. Es una falda ideal pero para llevar con tacones, y siempre que tengas las pantorrillas delgadas. / Midi skirt remind us to Mad Men, I see the feminine characters (Peggy, Joan) running through the hallways of the agency. The skirts is cute but you have to wear it with heels, and always if your calf are thin.
- Guapa, correcta, y minimalista, así vemos este estilismo. Opta por tener unas cuantas camisetas de distintos colores como fondo de armario, intenta que sean de buena calidad porque son prendas que te van a servir para mil estilismos. / Pretty, correct and minimal, this looks got those three things. Opt to have few t-shirts of different colors as a must have, better if you buy them of a good quality because they are garments that are going to be a wildcard for many outfits.
- Una falda midi siempre quedara mas moderna si la cintura es de avispa, es la clave para que te estilice y no parezca que vienes de los años 60. / A midi skirt always look nice with a wasp waist, is the clue to look stylize and not out of the 60's.

3. Las minis. / Mini skirts.
Se supone que las minifaldas no encajan como prenda para ir a trabajar, pero siempre que no sean demasiado cortas y sepas como llevarlas no tendrás ningún problema con ellas. / Mini skirts are supose to be a non clothing for work, but if they are not too short and you know how to wear them, there will be no problem with them.
- El look niña buena siempre funciona. No te olvides de la americana, para el aire acondicionado de la oficina. / The good girl look always works. Don't forget the blazer for the air condition of the office.
- Si es corta recuerda que la parte de arriba que lleves debe ser recatada, deja los escotes para cuando lleves pantalones (si es que te gustan tanto). Y no te olvides, cuanto mas tacón lleves, mas corta parecera tu mini, lo demás ya es cosa tuya. / If is short remember the top part must be demure, left the low neck for when you wear pants (if you like them so much). Don't forget, as higher the heel, as lower the skirt will look, the rest is up to you.
- El look camiseta por dentro y cinturón como accesorio principal queda de cine. / The look t-shirt inside and a belt as the main accessory look so perfect.
4. El pantalón. / Pants (Trousers)
El pantalón es esa prenda que trasmite seguridad en una misma. Fíjate en tu alrededor, en como visten tus compañeras de trabajo, y ahora dime, que te trasmite las que llevan pantalones? El pantalón es una prenda del armario masculino, por lo que inconscientemente nos evoca a una mujer segura, fuerte y con carácter. / Pants (or trousers as you want to call them) is a garment that transmit confidence. Look around, look how your workmates dress, and now tell me, what tells you those who wear pants? Pants are a male closet garment, do to that unconscious evoke us a self confidence woman, strong and with character.
- Este look es ideal. Un pantalón casual, con una camiseta blanca básica, cambia radicalmente cuando añadimos unos tacones y una americana. / This look is gorgeous. A casual pair of pants, a basic white t-shirt, change completely when we add a pair of heels and a blazer.
- No te limites a los típicos pantalones de traje, no, ahora se llevan de muchos estilos. El look de abajo, es una ensalada de mezclas: camiseta negra, blazer blanco, pantalón estampado en tonos azules y salones plateados, pero quedo guay! / Don't limit yourself to suit pants, no, now many styles are in. - Si tienes la opción de ir con un look casual a trabajar, prueba con un traje de chaqueta, y combinalo con unas deportivas. Iras de lo mas de lo mas, y encima comodisima. / If you have the posibility to wear a casual look for work, try to mix a suit with sneakers (trainers). You will look superb plus comfortable.
5. El vestido. / The dress.
Esa prenda predilecta y femenina con la que siempre hay que contar para ir a la oficina. Cuando vas con prisas es comodisima porque no tienes que pensar, te la pones, le buscas algun accesorio, unos zapatos y tienes tu estilismo apunto. / The chosen and feminine garment you always have to have to go to work. When you are in a hurry, is great because you don't need to think, you just wear it, look for an accessory, a pair of shoes and you got your look on time.
- Se llevan mucho los vestidos rectos, sin forma, porque el minimalismo esta a la orden del día, y la mujer no quiere cargarse de complicaciones, que bastantes tiene ya. Busca algún collar mono, y un calzado desenfadado, mejor si es sin tacón, por cambiar un poco y darle un toque totalmente trendy a tu estilismo. / Straight dresses, with no form are so in because minimal style is so in, and the women don't want to be charged of complications, they have already enough. Look for a nice necklace, a relaxed footwear, better with no heels, to change a little, and to give it a more trendy touch to your look.
- Las formas, y los juegos arquitectónicos son una buena opción. Si vas de rebajas opta por comparte vestidos distintos a los que ya tienes en tu armario. / Forms and architectonic games are a great option. If you go on sale shopping, buy dresses of styles you don't have on your closet.
- Un vestido de lo mas simple, es una maravilla con los accesorios adecuados. El look de abajo es ideal! / A simple dress is a beauty with the right accesories. This look below is so gorgeous!
6. Los shorts, skort o bermudas. / The shorts, skort or bermudas.
Los shorts, los bermudas y los recientes skorts; que no dejan de ser la falda pantalon de toda la vida, se llevan y mucho. Pasate a esta propuesta, y cambia un poco tu estilo. / Shorts, bermudas and the new skorts; that are the old short-skirt, are so popular. Go for this proposal and change your style for a chance.
- Este look es tan de ir a la oficina que es ideal. No hace falta pensar mucho para crearlo pero es muy chic y estiloso. / This look is so to go to work, that is great. You don't have to brake your brain thinking to get it but is so chic and stylish.
- El negro y el azul marino ya se pueden mezclar, pasa de cliches y opta por looks arriesgados como este. / Black and navy blue can go together, move from cliches and opts for a risky look as this one.
