Simple Sugar and Pumpkin Spice Cookies
From the kitchen of One Perfect Bite...This cookie is one of my survival secrets. I bake our Thanksgiving pies the night before the holiday. Once they're in the oven I make myself a pumpkin latte and have 2 or 3 of these very old-fashioned cookies.
