a brand new week . . .

This weekend we were graced with true Indian summer weather. It’s a little late this year, which makes it hard to get in the mindset that fall is officially here. All I’ve been wanting to do is cozy up in my sweaters and huge scarves, but instead I’ve been wearing dresses and shorts (in October!). I guess me dreaming of cool fall days will have to wait a little while longer because we have warm weather in the forecast for another week.

In our house we had quite an exciting weekend, postseason baseball is officially here! After an exciting two games of baseball for the SF Giants (one including 18 innings) we are heading into the 3rd playoff game today. I’ll be cheering in the stands!

I have some fun posts lined up for you. Many of you have been missing recipes, don’t fear! Tomorrow I’m bringing them back with an unbelievable contributor – her recipes are AMAZING. That’s just one of many fun things happening here this week.
