Party Dresses With Missguided

If there is one place to find a party dress it’s with Missguided and for this post I have teamed up with both Missguided and ShopStyle to showcase some of the best party dresses for the festive season ahead! Now is the perfect time to start looking and planning your outfit for all your Christmas parties. I remember one of my work parties was actually on the 1st of December. So there is no time like the present.

After choosing my top picks of dresses from Missguided for a ShopStyle edit, I couldn’t resist this really funky skater style one. For me I love dressing up but when I saw this I loved how simple it was and that you could really add some nice accessories to jazz it up. I really liked the cut of the top half, plus it was nice and plain so if you want to add a chunky necklace you could. The skirt is a midi length and is an exaggerated pleated skater style, so it really stands on its own.

Recreate This Look

For this look I have added a metallic silver fold over clutch and matching court shoes, both old from ASOS. I opted for a striking red lip and my hair is waved and sleeked to one side for a glamorous effect. Thanks to my visit to Lee Stafford the day before for this amazing blow-dry. I definitely feel party ready now!
