Review | Belle Vie Chai Tea & Flax Seed Oil Shampoo Bar

The lovely Khadijah, owner of Belle Vie Soaps, was kind enough to send me the Chai Tea & Flax Seed Oil shampoo bar for review and let me just tell you, I'm glad I tried this. Since going natural, I've taken a liking to shampoo bars and I just love when I can get my hands on a great all-natural product.

Description:
Belle Vie Soaps shampoo bars are formulated to produce large amounts of lather. The soft foamy lather gently cleanses the hair, without leaving it feeling striped of all of its natural oils. This shampoo bar contains essential fatty acids and herbs, designed to help restore shine and body to hair that has become dry and dull.
Ingredients:
Flax seed oil, Jojoba oil, Sunflower oil, Olive oil, Chai tea infused Flax seed oil, loose Chai tea, Frankincense essential oil
This product does not contain: Parabens, Silicones, Sulfates, Mineral Oil
My Experience:
The first thing I noticed about the Belle Vie Chai Tee and & Flaxseed Oil shampoo Bar is that it lathered up beautifully both in my hands and my hair. I'm a fan of lather and I'm sure it may be a psychological thing but I just don't believe that my hair is clean unless I get lather when I wash my hair. The best part about using this shampoo bar is it didn't make my hair frizzy and my curls actually clumped beautifully while washing. My hair felt squeaky clean after rinsing but certainly not stripped of moisture and I was even able to finger tangle my hair with ease. It was soft to the touch and easy to manage post-wash.
The shampoo bar had a light, earthy scent and I my overall experience with this shampoo bar was a great one. I'd definitely purchase this in the future.
