Villa D’Este

We’re back from a very relaxing week spent on Lake Como. I’ve gotten spoiled off of beautiful lake views, sunny and hot days. It was quite a surprise to wake up to grey London days again this morning. It’s only been two days since we’ve been home, but our time away seems so long ago. Oh, to spend my days by the pool or taking dips in the lake. I suppose the grey weather is a wake-up call to get back to work.

Here are some photos from the very famous Villa D’Este. Each morning we woke up with views of the Villa and since we stayed exactly on the other side of the lake. It was fun to take the ferry to Cernobbio to see what Villa D’Este looked like up close.
