March is a time to get back to basics and live more simply again – celebrating simple pleasures – opening the windows and letting in fresh air, going for long walks with the pup, and picking up blooms at the farmers' market. These are my picks for doing just that.

Of note: that lipstain matches the grand budapest hotel, which is coming out Friday. (I already picked up the soundtrack!) And it's definitely a "color-of-the-moment" that I can get behind. Those sunnies are "marzipan tortoise" – I'm sold. Could anything sound more fabulous! I'm currently living in and loving sneakers for the first time (well, since my go-to chucks as a kid) – and this chambray new balance pair is a must for march! Finally, I'm loving the new look of CN Traveler with Pilar Guzman taking over as EIC.
