thirteen-year-old Madelynn had her wish come true at Macy’s in the Grand Traverse Mall. She was diagnosed with brain stem cancer but stepped outside of her worries for a day of total pampering. “Today she’s here to get a few outfits to take with her to L.A. Her wish is to go to Los Angeles to design a dress, a pair of shoes and a scarf with a fashion designer.
