Amanda and Merrill Make Sweet Potatoes Anna

In August, we continued our partnership with Panna, a subscription cooking app and website dedicated to sharing recipes from master chefs in HD video -- and we showed a preview of our fifth video series with them, in which Amanda and Merrill made dagny's Zucchini Pancakes. Over the next two months, we'll feature one last issue of Panna, cooking another of our favorite recipes on Food52. We'll have the previews for the full episodes here on Food52 -- with full-length viedoes featuring cooking tips drawn from the recipe on Panna's website.

Today, Amanda and Merrill launch our sixth issue of tips and tricks by demonstrating how to make mrsp's Sweet Potatoes Anna with Prunes -- a classic French dish with a seasonal twist.
