A Look Back at Pie Week (+ 8 Pie Recipes!)

It's no secret: Here at Food52, we really like pie. If there happens to be one lingering in our test kitchen, it's usually only a matter of minutes before it disappears. Morning, noon, and night, we'll happily stuff our faces with buttery crust and whatever happens to be inside -- sweet or savory.

This week, we celebrated Pie Week, and what a wonderful time it was. From herb-spiked apple to spicy lamb to maple chess, we've scraped every last crumb off our plates.
