Green Grocery Shopping list

Don't look at me like that, I know this is a fashion blog but recently many of you have been asking me about my lifestyle. I have to say I'm a really healthy girl, I try to eat the less processed and artificial foods I can; I eat very basic and simple. For some people I can eat boring, but it just the way I feel the best.
¡No me vean así! Ya sé que es un blog de moda pero como muchas de ustedes me preguntan acerca de mi estilo de vida decidí contarles un poco. Soy una chica muy sana, como lo menos procesado y artificial posible, casi nada de latas ni cajas. Puede que para muchos coma muy simple y aburrido, pero yo me siento fantástica.

I will start to say that I LOOOVE food. I'm slim but I really eat a lot, I love trying new recipes and as you already know I have a big passion for cupcakes and macarons so when anyone invites me one I can't say no! Chocolate is my weakness.
Tengo que aclararles que AMO COMER, de hecho como mucho aunque soy delgada. Me encanta probar comidas de diferentes países o diferentes recetas, y amo los cupcakes y los macarons. De hecho si alguien me invita uno nunca puedo decir que no. El chocolate es mi debilidad.

So let's get started! I live all by myself (like the song) so I try to buy only what I really eat. My favorite breakfast is a smoothie or oats with fruit, ok sometimes I eat "quesadillas". For lunch I love salads with fish or chicken, pasta or rice and lots of vegetables. I put lemon to almost everything, I love it. And avocado is my passion.
Voy a empezar por decirles que vivo sola así que trato de comprar sólo lo que realmente me voy a comer. Mi desayuno favorito son los smoothies o avena con fruta, ¡esta bien! lo acepto amo las quesadillas. Para la hora de la comida una ensalada gigante con arroz o pasta, pescado o pollo y verduras es lo mejor para mi. A todo le pongo limón ¡me encanta! y el aguacate es mi pasión.

My favorite beverage is water with a few drops of lemon, no sugar for me. I don't eat too much sugar, I prefer honey or stevia. As you already noticed I'm addicted to the "healthy lifestyle", but I really enjoy it.
Mi bebida favorita y es lo que tomo todo el tiempo en mi mason jar es agua con limón sin azúcar. No me gusta mucho comer azúcar, cuando lo tengo que hacer prefiero la stevia o la miel de abeja. Como ya sabrán soy adicta al estilo de vida "saludable", me gusta mucho.

In the nights I love to take a smoothie or maybe a sandwich. And that's it for me, I have to say that on weekends I eat in restaurants, so this small grocery shopping list works great. I don't add everything I buy just because I like to buy some personal things in other local stores, but that's another story.

Por las noches me encanta tomarme un licuado o comerme un sandwich. Y eso es todo, casi todo el fin de semana como en restaurantes así que esta pequeña lista del súper me va genial. Obviamente no puse todo lo que compro semanalmente porque hay cosas (sobre todo productos de aseo personal) que compro en tiendas locales, pero esa es otra historia.

I love to buy flowers, did you know that flowers help you clean the negative vibes in your home? They are a must. And every time I go to the supermarket I try to buy a "bonus", something that I really like or need like: a special tea, maybe a new kitchen accessory or that expensive candle. What do you buy when you go to the supermarket?
This is my perfect look for going to the supermarket: unicorn power! So so comfortable I swear! And I always take with me nerd glasses to hide ha ha, it's weird but sometimes I get recognised and I feel that -weird-. Also a lip stain is a must for my lips, if not I can look really pale.
Me encanta comprar flores ¿sabían que las flores son excelentes para limpiar las vibras negativas de nuestra casa? Además de flores trato de comprar algo extra: un té que me guste mucho, un accesorio para la cocina o una vela un poco más cara. ¿Ustedes qué compran cuando van al súper?
Este es mi look perfecto para ir de compras al supermercado, y ¡tiene unicornios! Es muy muy cómodo ir así ¡lo prometo! Nunca olvido mis lentes de nerd, y es que me ayudan a pasar desapercibida, últimamente la gente me reconoce y es un poco extraño. Una tinta de labios o gloss son indispensables para mi, para no verme tan pálida.
