This week's Weekly Eats is pretty sad. One lonely dish, and it's not even a new one. I actually made a whopping
two meals at home this week, but meal #2 was another slow-cooker fail. Why, why do I continue to ignore the recommended cooking time? You'd think I had learned my lesson with the
bad meatballs. Hopefully next week's kitchen capers will be more successful.
1.
Pasta with Walnuts, Ham and Cheese from Rachael Ray. This is my favorite pasta; I've talked about it before. It's pretty simple really, the only things mixed in with the pasta are toasted walnuts and Canadian bacon; the sauce is made from pasta cooking water, lemon juice, butter, and parmesan cheese. So so good. It sounds a little strange, but I promise you, it's delicious.
