Au’ de Hex Wedding Venue

Au’ de Hex, is a lovely venue for a small, quaint wedding. It’s charming, relaxing and peaceful.

Au’ de Hex is a working farm with a lush landscaped garden.

The historic Estate sleeps 20 people.

While this is still a working farm, brides have free reign and use of the entire farm and can choose to have the ceremony: out on the floating jetty surrounded by the Hawequa Mountains, the vine-covered terrace, in the rose garden with water furrows under the gazebo or in the elegant main venue. So spoilt for choice… Whatever you decide you’ll be assured of a romantic and picturesque day with your every whim and need taken care of. The venue caters for up to 100 guests on the day and is a mere 40 kms out of Cape Town.

Garden is awash with rose bushes and old Oak trees.

The Terrace is covered by vine and is a great outdoor option for either the ceremony or dancing the night away.

The main venue can seat 100 and will be transformed to your specifications.

The recently transformed historic Estate has 10 luxurious and comfortable rooms for those guests who choose to stay over and relax after an all the celebrations. The rooms are a mixture of French décor and old world charm and come with all the trimmings a 5-star boutique hotel affords. The next morning the happy couple together with their overnighters can enjoy a scrumptious bite to eat at Aux de Vine, the recently opened restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast.

Au’ de Hex has only been opened for over a year, but if you’re looking for a venue in a beautiful setting with so many picture perfect opportunities to make your day memorable, why not give Marlene and her very hospitable team a try?

Enjoy the charm and tranquility.
