Sydney-based blogger and baker-and-dessert maker extraordinaire, Steph from the beautiful Raspberri Cupcakes blog, is the kind of person in the kitchen that I aspire to be. She makes things look amazing and (from the sounds of it) taste fabulous too. I will admit this from the safety of cyberspace, but I’m not into the fruit and alcohol variety of Christmas cake that is so ubiquitous at this time of year (sorry!).
