Books on Sale: Recapping some of July’s Most Popular Sales
The Suffragette Scandal is $3.99 - which is the regular price for this book, I believe. But because of the absolutely stellar A review from Carrie and RedHeadedGirl, and the rather attractive price, many of you purchased this book this month, so I wanted to include it here. This book came out on 15 July, and in their review, Carrie and RedHeadedGirl said,

Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Won't Stop Talking is still $2.99 at BN and Amazon. I reviewed this book this month and have still brought it up in conversation since then. Blew my mind, this book. Hence the A grade:
Cain also takes into account how the internet and specifically social media has reformed the venues in which introverts interact, and why communications within online communities are often completely unique from the interactions one might have in person. She also examines various leadership styles and how introverted leaders in business often achieve very different results, sometimes exceeding the financial success rates of extroverted leaders and CEOs.

Unveiled by Courtney Milan - enhanced edition - is 99c. This is the first book in Milan's Turner series. The enhanced ebook version features pictures and audio in addition to the text. It was also a RITA 2012 finalist for Best Historical Romance, a Sizzling Book Club pick, and a DABWAHA 2012 participant. Some readers expressed that they found the first half of the book on the slow side, but many agree it's completely worth pushing through those first few chapters. It has a 3.9-star rating on GR and guest reviewer, Milena, gave it a B- during the 2012 RITA Reader Challenge:
Unveiled was still wonderfully crafted, and managed to stay interesting all the way through, simply because the resolution – apart from the love story, obviously – could have gone either way. Also, the heroine develops a spine, slowly but certainly, which is very convincingly done and made me smile because it rang so true. There's quite a bit of angst in there, too, the legal complications kept me on the edge of my seat, and the love scenes were lovely
