Having an assortment of classic, good quality t-shirts in your wardrobe can really mean the difference between effortlessly getting ready in the morning, or blankly staring at your closet for 20 minutes while your bus goes by... believe me, I've lived it. And when said t-shirts come with fun, luxurious embellishments — and from a new Canadian label no less — I'm definitely interested. Enter Jacqueline Piron, t-shirt designer extraordinaire. Ever since I was introduced to her line a few months back, I've been taken by her attention to detail and the interesting materials used in her garments — think bamboo fibers, French Angora, Japanese ribbon and Swarovski crystals. Her pieces pair easily with most items in my wardrobe (a major bonus), but it's the playful detailing that's really captured my heart.

And in other news, how cute is this plaid coat? It's the first thing I've ever ordered from Nasty Gal, and I'm kind of obsessed... not to mention totally wishing it would get cold outside so I can sport it on the regular — don't judge. xx
