Meine allererste (Fondant-)Torte.

Juhuu, ich habe es gewagt! Ich habe eine Geburtstagstorte mit einer Fondantdecke gemacht, meine allerallererste überhaupt. Eine "Rosa Schmetterlinge" Torte für den 2. Geburtstag meiner Nichte. Ich habe zwar für die Fertigung länger gebraucht (ich war von Nachmittag bis 03:00 Uhr morgen dran :-)) ), aber am Ende war ich gaaaaaanz glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Es hat mir sogar so viel Spaß gemacht. Und gaaaaanz wichtig, die Torte hat uns alle sehr gut geschmeckt, zum Glück!

Yeap, I dared to make a birthday cake with fondant icing, the first I ever made.
A cake with pink butterflies for the second birthday of my little niece.
It took much time until it finished, but at the end I was happy about the
result. Indeed, it was fun to create this cake!
And the important thing for me, it taste good and we all enjoyed the cake.

Die Geburtstagsfeier war auch sehr schön. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und das Geburtstagskind ebenfalls. Wettertechnisch gab es auch nichts zu beanstanden. Es war einfach wunderschön. .....

The birthday party was also wonderful. We all enjoyed and had a lot of fun.
It was really a beautiful day.

ich gehe nun zum ruhigen Teil des Abends über.
Bei uns ist es momentan (noch) schön lauwarm draussen.
Also nichts wie raus und auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Abend geniessen. :-)
