Project Runway Inspired Looks with Mary Kay and Giveaway!!
Mary Kay® is the Official Beauty Sponsor of Project Runway® Season 13 so when they offered to send some of the goodies their Global Makeup Artist, Luis Casco used to create two stunning looks featured on the latest season of Project Runway® I immediately jumped on board! I am so in love with the first look, the Graphic Eye....
The color pigment is so vibrant! You girls know I love a good cat eye but this one definitely kicks it up a notch with a bold pop of color! On my eyes I'm wearing Mary Kay At Play™ Bold Fluid Eyeliner – Blue My Mind ($10.00) and Mary Kay® Gel Eyeliner ($18.00) on the outer half of my cat eye. I used the blue liner starting from the inner corner of my eye and stopped at the midpoint of my eyelid. Next I took the black gel liner (starting where the blue liner finished) and continued cat eye liner. On my face I used Mary Kay® Bronzing Powder – Medium-Dark $18.00 for some subtle contouring. I used it on my temples and the hallows of my cheeks for some warmth and subtle definition.
This pink lip stick ( Mary Kay® True Dimensions® Lipstick - Pink Chérie $18.00) and pink gloss (Mary Kay® NouriShine Plus® Lip Gloss - Au Naturel $14.00) are the PERFECT combo! I know I will be wearing this look again soon!
The second look is an Emerald Smoke look. Now I normally wouldn't have thought to pair these two colors but I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out....
I actually really love this lip color! It's Mary Kay® True Dimensions® Lipstick – Mystic Plum ($18.00) with Mary Kay® Lip Liner – Cappuccino ($12.00) I will definitely be wearing this lip color a ton this Fall!
On the eyes I used Mary Kay® Cream Eye Color – Meadow Grass ($14.00) as a base all over my lid and then put Mary Kay® Mineral Eye Color – Emerald ($7.00) on top of that, all over the lid. Lastly I used the Mineral Eye Color – Lime ($7.00) on the inner half of the eye for a brightening effect. For more inspiration and videos go here.
