I was recently invited to Reebok’s new FitHub in Union Square to attend a FREE yoga class with Tara Stiles (one of my favorite Yoga Instructors.)
It was definitely a cool experience practicing yoga in a store (that was still open for business) with the doors wide open to the streets and still being able to feel a sense of calmness. Tara’s a great yoga instructor because not only does she give you an intense workout she makes it fun. Tara laughed so much during class it was impossible not to enjoy the workout.
