September Favorites

Happy Ocotober 1st! Over the last few days it's been in the low 80's which sounds warm but it actually has felt so nice compared to the triple digit weather we have been experiencing. It's so exciting to finally see and feel the weather changing!

I have had my eye on a collection of new scented candles at Target and snatched the best one up when it went on sale a couple of weeks ago. It smells exactly like cotton candy. I love the shape of the jar and the color so much and think it makes a wonderful decoration in our kitchen. I just can't bring myself to burn it! Am I the only one who does this?

I posted on Facebook recently (be sure to "like" SHE if you haven't yet!) about the new Wal-Mart Beauty Box and received my first box a week and a half ago. I'll be sharing more about that along with everything I received on the blog soon! I had to include the full size L'OREAL Glossy Balm which came in the box as one of my favorites. It was my first time trying it and I love it so much! The color I received is called Pink Me Up. It's so soft and glossy and the color is richly pigmented.

Jason and I finally discovered the world of Minecraft and we are completely obsessed! It's been a PC game for ages but was recently released for download on the PS4 for only $20! The simplicity of the square-ish pixelated graphics makes it unique and fun but you'd be amazed at what a complex game it is. At first I was worried I wouldn't understand it but I caught on very quickly. It's a super imaginative game inside a massive world that is almost never ending with so much to explore and create. It definitely has become one of our favorite things to do together!
