I love that our Canadian Thanksgiving is in October, away from all the hustle and hubbub of the holiday season. I don’t know how I’d get any cooking or baking done for a crowd when my work plate is beyond full. So I sympathize and want to help my American neighbours to the south (and to anyone else looking for some comfort inspired autumn/winter dishes)…so I’ve created this tried, tested and true list of vegetarian Thanksgiving favourites from the past.
