Interestingly enough, Barielle describes Miami Heat as a sheer jelly red. This polish is no where NEAR sheer. A more accurate description of Miami heat is a bright red creme jelly hybrid. Or, and I hate this word but…., a crelly.
This red is fairly neutral though it does have the slightest of yellow undertones. Miami Heat is definitely a red anyone can rock.
The formula is fantastic. I used just two coats in my swatches and topped it with Barielle No Chip Speed Dry top coat.
Miami Heat is from The Keys collection. I’ve reviewed Barefoot in Bermuda and Panama Pina Colada from The Keys collection and I’m really enjoying the polishes. Oh, and in case you missed it, we are currently giving away the entire collection! Make sure to enter.
The Keys collection is available on the Barielle website. Make sure to follow Barielle on Twitter as they often tweet coupon codes and specials.
As always, there are swatches under the jump.
