Fitness with Fay: Abs Exercises at Home

Thanks to healthyMEtv for producing my first series of online workout videos. In this webisode, I demonstrate 3 of my favorites exercises for working out on those abs at home.

The Plank Squat and Plank Twist not only works on your core and obliques, it also helps to bring your heart rate up which is good for burning those excess calories. To perform the Single-Arm Toe Touch more effectively, make sure you do your warm-up and stretches beforehand to increase flexibility especially on your back and hamstrings.

Combined with cardio or High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and a clean diet, you'll be on your way to showing off those sexy abs!
