Restaurant Review: Eb & Bean
When Jane told me there was a new fro-yo (frozen yogurt) place in town, I didn't even blink before saying YES- let's go.
Little did I know how incredible this fro-yo place would be.
Eb & Bean is located on NE Broadway, near Lloyd Center/Moda Center. You walk in and it has a simplistic/modern vibe. The look is very "Portland." Which makes me love it even more.
According to the website, " Eb & Bean is proud to source its organic dairy from pasture-raised cows that come from family farms within 100 miles of Portland. Our probiotic-rich organic dairy is rBST/antibiotic free, and has no artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, corn syrup, or GMOs. Amazing yogurt deserves awesome flavorings and toppings, and we strive to source the most delicious ingredients to create our irresistible treats. This means we choose local and organic whenever possible, and select the best tasting ingredients no matter what. "
As you can tell, they are very hyper local and use ingredients when they are available. The best part about that is the flavors are always changing. It's fantastic. It never gets old!
I have gone a couple times, to try our new flavors of course. The photos are a mix of a couple times I've been. Clearly, I've taken the whole crew. haha
