DIY: 2-Piece Ensemble

What better way to spend my spring break than to make something for myself? This time around, I did not want to attempt any paper patterns, let alone draft a pattern, so I decided to be a dare devil and went straight onto fabric. This could have come out in two or more ways: 1. The fit for both the top and bottom would turn out so perfect that I cry out of joy or 2. The fit is wonky for both the top and bottom (or for one of the pieces). Regardless, the fit ended up being just OK and by OK I mean the skirt was a bit loose for my liking and the top definitely needed darts or had to be cut in a boxier shape. Despite all of that, I still liked how it turned out. Here are a few outfits that I put together for my 2-piece ensemble!
